SUMMER
ADVENTURE ON YOUR DOORSTEP
Meribel and the Alps are known for their winter seasons, however for those that are yet to experience an alpine summer, you are in for a treat.
Variety is the spice of life, and an alpine summer sure have plenty to offer. Whether it's enjoying the tranquility of the epic mountains, venturing out on walks which soon become hikes, pursuing the adrenaline descents of mountain bike trails, challenging the tough climbs and cols of road cycling, or just kicking back in zen and absorbing the tranquility - summer in the Alps has a little slice of life for everyone.
Our Summer Season will run from June to September, offering a flexible any day check in / check out, and 3 nights minimum stay. Launching in 2021 for the first summer season, we are offering incentivised reductions for longer stays.
Currently Meribel is open for July and August, with beaming sunshine & luscious greens, all shops, bars and restaurants and lifts open, and buses running (Covid permitting). June and September however offer a slightly cooler climate, perfect for hiking & road cycling, and even though the resort itself are closed, there are a few bars open and we can cater to your needs.
HOW DOES THE CHALET CHANGE FOR SUMMER?
You can't exactly BBQ and sit outside in your shorts in the winter, however the summer brings our terrace truly to life. We provide you with a gas powered BBQ where you can grill a feast for your group and enjoy it on our large dining table. After a delicious meal, why not sit back and enjoy the view of the Olympic ridge-line from the sofa, or if its not too hot in the beaming alpine sun then take a dip in the hot tub.
For the bikers amongst you, we also provide a secure space for you to park your stallions overnight. We have a dedicated bike workshop space including all the tools, bike stand, storage area, boot dryers, laundry facilities and a wash space...we hope this is the perfect home for any road or mountain biker to enjoy the terrain on our doorstep.

BEYOND MERIBEL
If Meribel itself doesn't have enough to quench your thirst of adventure, then why not do some Whitewater Rafting down the nearby Doron Bozel River? Climb a Via Ferrata up the side of a waterfall in Pralognan-la Vanoise? Take a walk around Lac La Rosiere? Go Wakeboarding at the Cable Park in Albertville, or take the family for a nice walk around Lac Annecy, rent a boat, go for a swim and maybe enjoy an ice cream? We'll stop there, but as you can see...there's plenty of fun to be had.
